ROLE DESCRIPTIONMelissa Snively - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Full-time AND part-time positions available.WE ARE SEEKING TO FILL PART-TIME AND FULL-TIME POSITIONS. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling with existing customers and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer needs.
  • Support the team with various office administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Excellent phone skills and ability to make great first impressions.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred, but not required.
  • Very strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in conversations in-person and over the phone.
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
